Finding Ease Yoga
Jen completed her Vinyasa Yoga training at Studio 4 in 6/17. During her training she learned the importance of creating a safe class as well as the deeper meaning of yoga as a way of life lead by gratitude, compassion and community. As a yoga teacher, her goal is to create yoga classes that are accessible for every body with a focus on the breath as an essential part of the practice. She is excited to be able to share her love of yoga in hopes of helping others find their own inner peace.
Find ease of body and mind in this 50-minute movement workshop. Connect breath and movement to create space and ease in the body and mind. This class will begin with a centering and grounding warm-up where you will set an intention of peace and ease, move on to a build of heat with a vinyasa flow before slowing down to prepare for savasana--the final resting pose of total relaxation and ease.
